Garden consultation
If you are not ready for a full garden design, but simply need some sound advice to help improve the design of your garden, then a garden consultation may be the best option. People often don’t know where to start when creating a garden; this often leads to an ad-hoc approach that doesn’t quite hang together. A garden consultation really can transform your garden and make you realise the enormous opportunities for improvement that perhaps you cannot see!
Through my work as a head gardener at a large estate creating new planting schemes and designing gardens I have a lot of hands-on, practical experience of designing gardens that make the best creative use of space and a friendly, approachable manner.
What to expect
- an informal two hour visit to listen to your ideas and to discuss practical actions and ideas that could transform your garden over the longer term
- a short report detailing the practical steps that could be taken to achieve better use of the space, create the impression of a larger space, bring life and interest through suggestions for planting or to hide unsightly views
